The Ellison Rooftop Bar's 2024 Season is in full swing!!!

At the Ellison Rooftop Pool & Bar, the world slows its pace. It's a place to kick back, gather with friends, and soak in mile-wide views of Oklahoma City's skyline with a drink in hand. Take a dip in the pool, grab a bite from the bar, and stick around until the sun sets—or however long the conversations last.

Open to the Public and Hotel Guests for food and beverage service:

Wednesdays 6pm-9pm, Thursdays 4pm-10pm, Fridays 4pm-10pm and Saturdays 2pm-10pm.

With Milo, we wanted to create a space that would not only be comfortable for our hotel guests but also welcoming to our neighbors and the rest of our community at large. The name Milo illustrates our roots and commitment to Oklahoma, not only as locally grown grain, but also through our use of ingredients that we source from our great state. In the creation of Milo we wanted to embrace the opportunity to shine a light on this city/states rich food history and showcase dishes everyone can be proud of.
